I was pretty productive today, which I’m very proud of. I read for math while waiting in the omelet line in the morning. I worked from 12-3pm and chatted until 4:30pm with coworkers. I tried the new Reuben sandwich at BCafe and it wasn’t that bad but I think I’d prefer the baguette sandwiches. I […]
January 8 – A Busy Day
I had class for 4.5 hours today and 2.5 hours of orchestra. It’s a good thing I snapped a picture first thing in the morning when I woke up. One can really see the smog.
January 7 – A Trip West
First time driving through Santa Monica today. The grass is so green and it’s so spacious and the houses are so nice. It’s really a magnificent place.
January 6 – First Day of School

January 5 – Life, Death, & Resurrection
Today I got to see Zubin Mehta and the LA Phil perform Mahler 2!! After being unable to hear UCLA’s Philharmonic Orchestra perform it in Spring due to the CS 35L final being at the same time, I am very grateful that I did not have to wait that long to get another opportunity to […]
January 4 – A Traditional Throwback
A fun night at the banquet. I saw lots of familiar faces from my childhood, such as waitresses from Emerald, clerks from 99 Ranch, and many of the people I saw when I went to temple as a child. Seeing them all really takes me back. One of the waitresses from Emerald has known me […]
January 3 – A Walk Around the Park
T’was a nice walk around the rec today. Dinner at Tofu House with Kenzie’s family was also cool. And Kantaro, the real life Shokugeki..
January 2nd – I almost quit..
I hung out with Audrey and her younger sister and I forgot to take a picture. Then I fell asleep at 9pm and just woke up and almost resigned my picture a day resolution. Talk about no motivation.
January 1 – Pictures and Music
New New == New Me? January 1st!! The first day of the new year and new decade – woo! As part of my New Year Resolutions, I plan on posting one picture a day every year. The first one shall be of the sunset, taken from the door of Tofu House. I will say I […]
