- Today was a little chilly. There were scattered clouds and it was a bit windy today but nothing bad. Not a spec of rain today (I think).
The Happenings
Today was kind of mundane. I woke up around 8:15am which is a bit later than usual and I was a bit lethargic in getting ready for class. I ran into Anabella when I was leaving the dorm so I walked with her and Raya to breakfast. Today was the first day I didn’t see children walking into the school a block away from our dorm. Summer is finally in session for the students of Glasgow!
Class was a bit boring, but maybe that’s because I was confused from the reading. I felt like a ton of equations were being thrown at me and I didn’t have the time to process and partition the different concepts and equations. I will try to review those before the exam but ya, we’ll see. The lecture was a bit fun but I started dozing off a bit during the middle. The multiple choice questions were getting pretty tough and most of us as a cohort were answering incorrectly the first time. It’s gonna be a rough week. The consolidation and tutorial questions didn’t make me feel much better. I got through the consolidation okay but the tutorial questions took three hours again and we don’t fully understand all of them. And tomorrow we have lab from 12pm-3pm and we won’t get to eat lunch until 3pm. That’s almost dinner!
But ya, that’s all for today. A lot of complaining, a tired body, and a fatigued mind.
